All the orders received online are ready for dispatch and will be dispatched within 3 days. We ship all over India through our courier partner India Post. If there is an urgent requirement we will arrange faster shipping methods such as DTDC. Tracking details will be sent to customers via WhatsApp and email once the order is dispatched.

Shipping charges:

We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs.1000. If your cart value is below Rs.1000 we will charge a shipping fee of Rs.50.

Delivery Time:

Once dispatched the product will reach you within 3 – 4 working days inside Kerala and 3 – 7 working days outside Kerala.

Instore Pickup:

We offer an in-store pickup option to customers. You can pick up the order from our store at Karungappally on all working days between 10 am and 6 pm.

Cash on Delivery:

We offer free COD service all over India. Select the COD option during checkout to avail of the Cash on Delivery service.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide through EMS Post, DHL, and DTDC. For international shipping, the charges will vary and you should contact the support team once the order is placed. We will calculate the shipping charge and let you know the final amount. Once the order is dispatched, international shipping will take 7 to 14 days depending on the destination country and carrier.
