DROONI.COM Return Policy:

1. Returns :

We accept returns and arrange refund or replacement, if the product you received in is :
(i) Damaged/Defective/Broken.
(ii) Wrong size, Colour, Quantity.
(iii) Different from the description or image given.

 

2. Exceptions :

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These includes:
(i) Innerwear, Swimsuits, Healthcare products, Food and Beverages, Bath and Beauty products and Custom stitched products.
(ii) If the item Is used/worn or altered
(iii) If it exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
(vi) if the item Is returned without original packaging, accessories, bills and labels.
(v) If the Serial Number is tampered.

 

3. Eligibility (Time Limit) :
(i) You should submit the return request or contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged product, empty parcel or any item is missing. Return requests submitted after 2 days of delivery may not be entertained by the sellers.
(ii) You should return the product within 7 days after getting confirmation mail or call from drooni.com. (if the return request is sanctioned by drooni.com)

 

4.How it Works :
The return request will be reviewed by drooni.com.
We will notify you through mail or phone with the instructions to return the products OR you can do it yourself by carefully reading the return instructions provided along with the purchased product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it based on your claim and notify you via mail or phone, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect.

If you did not get a reply even after 3 business days, or if you are not satisfied the way drooni.com addressed your issue, you can submit a complaint at Drooni.com Customer Care by sending an email to support@drooni.com and we will be more than happy to help you to resolve your issue.

 

5. Shipping :
You should return the product to the address provided by drooni.com. You should follow the instructions provided by drooni.com in the confirmation mail or call. We recommend you to use India Post Speed Post Parcel service to return the products.

6. Shipping Cost :
Drooni.com will provide you a Rs. 100 as store credit as a compensation for return courier charges, which can be used for purchasing any item from Drooni.com, within 120 days after receiving the credit. If the return pickup facility was arranged by Drooni.com or our partner, you will not get the courier charge credits since there is no charge from your side for returning the product.

 

7. Refund :
Refund is initiated only after verifying the product against your claim. The refund may get declined if the product received by the drooni.com is not as per your claim.
We will initiate the refund within 3 working days drooni.com returns & refund department
For refunds it might take up to 2 weeks for the amount to be credited back to your account after we have initiated the refund.

8. Replacement :
Replacement is initiated only after verifying the product against your claim. The Replacement may get declined if the product received by drooni.com is not as per your claim. Please note that the Replacement would depend on the stock availability. (If the product is not available for replacement we will refund the amount to your bank account)
